CTH LCD isn’t functioning

In this scenario, the CTH has power and performs the usual lifting and lowering actions, but does not provide any LCD indications.
Defects include cracked casing, pixel damage, burns or damaged wiring.
Replace the LCD (bottom cover) assembly
